Sandra Heh Idossou is the Managing Director of SHEI and ENZ Consulting firm, which specializes in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Training. Created in 2006 in Benin, SHEI Consulting has been operating in Ghana and as well as other African countries including Rwanda, since January 2009.

As the managing director, Sandra has a high portfolio of clients which include government agencies, international institutions, banks, hotels, restaurants, insurance and telecommunications companies.

Sandra has a solid and diversified experience of more than 13 years in the hospitality industry as a trainer in 32 hotels [from 2-5 stars] in 25 countries in Africa.

With this expertise in training and consultancy, Sandra became expert in the design, production and execution of training modules on the international scene. Her seminars cover areas such as Customer Service; Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing.

A Very pragmatic and results-oriented person, Sandra assists her clients to define successful strategies for higher productivity and profitability.

Sandra is a “people person” and knows how to win the friendliness and confidence of people she deals with.

She is the author of the book titled “The Customer Care Handbook” and a weekly columnist on raising awareness on Customer Service in the Rwandan “The New Times”.

She speaks French, English, German and 5 African dialects. As part of her hobbies, she is passionate about Painting, Cooking, Interior decoration and African Art.
