I have a complaint though. Hotpoint the dealers in LG products don’t understand the concept of warranty. They have ignored my Claim completely. They have chosen to ignore my complaints about the Aircon I purchased 8 months ago with 2 years warranty. This is very sad that such a big brand can fail to honor it’s promise.
